### AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you’ll help build AI-powered features for our products. You’ll work with language models to analyse and summarise information, evaluate the quality of their outputs, and turn prototypes into reliable product features.

#### Responsibilities

- Analyse and improve the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of AI features.
- Evaluate language models, prompts, and the quality of their outputs.
- Integrate AI models and services into our products.
- Take features from early experiments through to production.
- Identify and implement improvements to product quality and performance.
- Conduct design and code reviews.

#### Requirements

- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with performance tuning and end-to-end process optimisation.
- Practical experience with language models and AI APIs.

#### Preferred

- Experience with text analysis and summarisation.
- Experience improving the quality, latency, and cost of AI features.
- Experience building evaluation datasets and automated quality checks.
- Experience integrating AI models and services into production applications.

### iOS Engineer

As an iOS Engineer, you’ll build native apps for our products using Swift. You’ll work on interfaces, integrate backend services, and improve performance and reliability.

#### Responsibilities

- Build and maintain native iOS apps for our products.
- Create clear, responsive interfaces with SwiftUI and UIKit.
- Integrate backend APIs and handle data reliably.
- Improve app performance, stability, and accessibility.
- Write automated tests and investigate issues across devices and iOS versions.
- Conduct design and code reviews.

#### Requirements

- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience developing iOS apps with Swift.
- Experience with SwiftUI or UIKit and common iOS application patterns.
- Experience with API integration, debugging, and automated testing.

#### Preferred

- Experience with both SwiftUI and UIKit.
- Experience with performance profiling and memory management.
- Experience building accessible interfaces that adapt to different screen sizes.
- Experience releasing and maintaining apps on the App Store.

### Backend Developer

As a Backend Developer, you’ll build the services and APIs behind our products. You’ll work with data, integrate external services, and keep our systems reliable and efficient.

#### Responsibilities

- Build and maintain backend services and APIs with Ruby on Rails.
- Design PostgreSQL data models, migrations, and efficient queries.
- Integrate external services and build reliable background jobs.
- Improve the performance, reliability, and security of our systems.
- Write automated tests and investigate production issues.
- Conduct design and code reviews.

#### Requirements

- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience building applications with Ruby on Rails.
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, and database design.
- Experience with API design, automated testing, and Git.

#### Preferred

- Experience with query optimisation, indexing, and performance profiling.
- Experience with background jobs, caching, and external API integrations.
- Experience deploying and maintaining Rails applications in production.
- Experience building SaaS products.
